Agrométodos inaugurates its new logistics warehouse and laboratory in Valencia

After just over a year of construction, Agrométodos has inaugurated its new logistics facilities in Picassent (Valencia). With an investment of more than 2 million euros, this center will allow the company to expand its borders in terms of product availability, being able to accommodate a greater volume of merchandise, and also increase and diversify its logistics and production options.

This new building, located on Calle 8 of the Els Codonyers industrial estate in Picassent, also houses the company’s new research laboratory. By bringing together different departments within the same space, interaction between the different team members is encouraged, with the consequent synergies that this generates.
The facility is one of the most important assets of the company and has more than 1,900 m2 for the storage of finished products and raw materials and more than 400 m2 for laboratory, logistics management office and offices.

The new building complies with all legal obligations for the storage of fertilizer products and is equipped with the latest technology in storage systems, communications, energy efficiency and waste management, as well as an innovative control and leakage management system that makes this warehouse one of the most innovative on the market.

In the words of the Manager of Agrométodos, Víctor Frías Martínez, “this new building is another great step in the journey of Agrométodos and is a reflection of the growth experienced by the company in recent years, perhaps a growth that we ourselves were not aware of. It also entails an enormous responsibility to progress in the same direction by enhancing the multiple virtues of the group. All in all, a dream come true for me and the entire AM family.”
